Shipping Methods and Rates:
We currently offer shipping within Canada through our preferred carrier, Canada Post.
Shipping rates will vary based on province location. Customers can select their preferred shipping method at checkout, and the shipping cost will be calculated and added to the order total.

Processing and Handling Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. During peak periods or holidays, processing time may be longer. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time:
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected, and the destination zip code. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates, as delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order online through the Canada Post website.

International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Canada.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete, including apartment or suite numbers if applicable. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdirected packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a refund. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order, and you will need to follow our return policy.

Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping fees. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
